SPOT DOG
Here’s a little character I’ve created for Delaware Camera. They were looking for a spot dog in a hawaiian shirt, and this is what I’ve come up with. I had originally made his head a bit smaller, and his ears & mouth pointier, but those were modified at Delaware Camera’s request. I’m not positive this won’t be revised still, nor am I sure of how they will use it, but I’m getting our camera fixed out of the deal so whatever! Ha!
Throughout my life I have always enjoyed cartooning and creating characters like this. In fact, I went through a phase in which I dreamed of being an animator. Unfortunately, my patience did not agree with the time it took to make all of those drawings over and over. Flash has obviously changed that, and it would be fun to get into playing around with that. Perhaps I will work on something and post the results here!
